Birth Doula Services

A Birth Doula is someone who provides support and comfort measures for you while you are going through labor. In order to become a birth doula, training is required. I received my training from Birth Arts International in 2022, and have been assisting births ever since! Pregnancy, labor, and delivery have a lot of unknowns, and can cause some trepidation. Having a birth doula allows you to have someone in the delivery room who has extensive knowledge of the birth process, and can advocate for you whenever you need. A Birth Doula also ensures your comfortability, sets up the birthing room to your liking, and supports you through the entirety of your delivery. My Birth Doula services also include acupuncture treatments during pregnancy, which provide a smooth pregnancy and labor journey. Your first consultation will provide you with information on the labor and delivery process, and create your ideal birth plan. We cover possibilities of medical interventions and go over options that you feel most comfortable with. Once you are in labor, I meet you at your birthing place and stay with you until delivery. You will also receive a postpartum visit to make sure you and baby are doing well. Customizable plans are available!
